One business, one signatureAn introduction is requested, the owner answers, and the partnership is agreed between the two parties.
Inside the RoomEthicaFi was designed around what the community asked for, not around what a lender would do.
Our Shariah Advisory Board reviews and certifies each structure before it reaches an investor.
Owners and investors meet through an introduction both have agreed to. Nobody is handed a list of names.
Terms in plain language, every profile opening logged, every signature kept permanently.
From the first day, not retrofitted later. Wording confirmed with counsel before launch.
Our fee structure is Shariah certified, openly disclosed, and designed so both sides of every arrangement know exactly what they're paying and why. All platform fees are classified as Ujrah, a service charge under Islamic finance principles reviewed and certified by our Shariah Advisory Board. They are not interest, not riba, and not tied to the use of money.
A one-time service charge deducted from your financing at disbursement. You see the net amount before you sign, no surprises. Tiered by deal size so larger financings cost less proportionally.

EthicaFi wasn't born in a boardroom. Two people saw a gap in ethical financing and decided to close it.

When I set out to start a business, I found what millions of Muslim entrepreneurs face every day: almost no Shariah-compliant options. That gap became the mission.”
EthicaFi exists because of a moment Asaif lived firsthand. With nearly a decade in data analytics and technology across finance and consulting, he brings the systems thinking and technical depth to build a platform that is not just ethical in values but rigorous in execution. He leads day-to-day operations, platform development and growth strategy.
Beyond EthicaFi, Asaif serves as Vice President of the South Florida Muslim Chamber of Commerce and is an active contributor to GSA, an Islamic school dedicated to education and community development.

Helping business owners build, scale and protect what they've earned is the one thing I've done my whole career. EthicaFi is that work, on principle.”
A CPA, wealth strategist and multi-company CEO, Mohamed brings the financial depth and structural rigor a platform like EthicaFi demands from day one. He leads a global team of CPAs and certified accountants, and has held executive roles as Founder and CEO of Accountants on Air, CEO of Vetmore Organization, President of Dweidson Holdings, CFO at MediaGO, and Managing Partner of Legacy TCP LLC.
His specialty in tax strategy and business structure gives EthicaFi a financial foundation few early-stage platforms can claim. He earned his BBA in Accounting from CUNY Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business, where he now mentors the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Short answers. The Rooms explain each step again at the moment you need it.
No. EthicaFi is a matchmaking platform. We connect investors and business owners and structure the arrangement as a Shariah-compliant contract. We do not lend money and we do not hold user funds.
Every contract is structured to avoid riba (interest) and excessive uncertainty (gharar). We use Musharakah and Murabaha in place of conventional loans, and our Shariah Advisory Board reviews and certifies each one before it is offered.
EthicaFi is open to accredited investors and, where the law allows, to non-accredited investors on a limited basis. You tell us which applies to you in the Investor Room, and we walk you through any limits during onboarding. Positions are illiquid for the term of each arrangement; there is no early withdrawal or secondary market.
Small to mid-sized businesses across many industries, provided the business itself operates in a Shariah-compliant way. Each application goes through financial review and Shariah review before it is listed.
Only investors who have signed a confidentiality agreement for your specific business. Until then they see an anonymised description. Every profile opening is recorded.
You see your status in the Room the whole time. Most complete applications get an answer within a few business days: approved, not now, or an invitation to a short call.
Apply or register in under a minute. You can stop at any point.
